Last spring and summer (i.e. the enrollment season for the 14-15 school year), I worked with our office staff on admissions, including responding to inquiries, conducting tours, answering questions, scheduling interviews, and enrolling new students. We enrolled about 150 new students! What an honor it was to tell our story and get to know families.
An interesting aspect was how much the new families already knew about ECS – partly through our website, but must mainly because they were referred to ECS by a current ECS family. We want to thank you for being an ambassador of our school and sharing your experience with others. Most of the new families who selected ECS were referred by a current family.
In addition to being advocates for our school, parents also serve as prayer warriors! As we begin the school year, please continue to lift up our students, families, staff, and school on a regular basis. Hang something on your refrigerator or bathroom mirror to serve as a reminder and talk with your child about his/her day, including the integration of faith and learning. We look forward to a great year!
